Each deck contains 53 cards. There are 15 content cards for each of the three sections (a total of 45). Each card contains a relevant scripture, an open-ended question, and a task for growth. There are an additional eight cards that help support your journey of reflection and self-discovery and give instructions on the use of the cards. These include self-care tips, additional task techniques, and an introduction to each session.
